Mature gardens and vast grounds surrounding a Grade II listed historical estate of recently developed luxury apartments, on the outskirts of the City of Chelmsford - Essex. Our brief here, was to revive the old gardens and grounds to a high standard; following years of neglect and decay, whilst being sensitive to the history of the estate. We have successfully tailored a year-round management programme for the maintenance of the gardens and grounds, with weekly site visits by our horticultural team.

Following a brief period of two years maintaining the gardens and grounds of Danbury Palace, we were delighted that our work on this project had been acknowledged at a national level; winning a Silver Gilt medal at the National Association of Professional Landscapers Awards 2021.

On behalf of Danbury Palace Management I have to say we have been very pleased with the service we have received from County Garden Management. Danbury Palace gardens had been untouched for many years and with no maintenance, the gardens were in a very shabby state.

County Garden Management have been on site now for nearly two years and the improvement is considerable. Danbury Palace Management has a limited budget and we have been able to work with County Garden Mannagement not only to maintain the gardens but also carryout improvements, but there is a lot more to do.

I would like to think that we can carry on with good work for many years to come.

Kind Regards
